Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson (born July 24, 1975) is an American former professional wrestler and model. Her greatest fame is her time in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE, before it was the World Wrestling Federation).As a fitness competitor, Wilson won the Miss Galaxy contest in 1999. In the following year, she was signed by World Championship Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling, where she was in the company from 1999 until 2000. [2][7][8] In 2001 , she began to appear on World Wrestling Federation's (WWF) in the form of The Invasion, a storyline that was based on the WWF storyline. 5] She was the most prominent in her feud with Dawn Marie ([7][8]) Dawn Marie ([7][8]) and Sable ([5][99]). Wilson has also been a member of the all-female stable (i.e. the group of storyline-related characters) that was known as Vince's Devils which ended its run in 2006.Aside from pro wrestling, Wilson has been on the covers of various magazines, including FHM as well as Playboy (which Wilson posed for twice, one featuring both Wilson as well as Sable).Wilson was admitted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019. The first time Wilson wrestled came when she attended the World Championship Wrestling (WCW) show with her boyfriend back in 1999. She first appeared on the February 8, 1999, episode of Nitro (later called "Samantha"). The storyline revealed that Wilson was hired to seduce David Flair by the New World Order. [5][14] The two appeared together at SuperBrawl IX on February 21st and Wilson beat Ric as David hit him with a Taser. [15] Ric received the WCW World Heavyweight Championship by Hollywood Hogan. This was in an Uncensored event in which an uncensored Barbed Wire Steel Cage match was played. David and Wilson took a break in April from WCW television, before returning to the ring in May. In 1999, at the Bash at the Beach, Wilson played the role of a valet for Flair when he won the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
